Open the app, answer a few quick questions, and Steady20 builds a 20-minute session matched to your level. Do as many rounds of the superset as you can in the time. That is the whole idea.
All your progress is stored on your device. To move it to a new phone, use Settings › Data & privacy to export a backup file, then import it on the new device. Keeping an occasional backup is a good habit.
Do I need equipment? No. You can train with bodyweight only, and add equipment in Settings if you have it.
Does it work offline? Yes. Once installed, the app runs without an internet connection.
Will it adjust as I get stronger? Yes. The app progresses your exercises over time based on how your sessions feel.
